POLICE are investigating why a wheelie bin in suburban Pakenham exploded on Sunday.
The garbage bin out the front of a house in Brooke Court exploded at 12.30am.
Police are unsure of the cause of the explosion, which left rubbish strewn across the road and the wheelie bin damaged.
