Power tools theft probed

POLICE are investigating two thefts of power tools in Officer and Pakenham.
Offenders forced entry into a shed at a roofing supply business on Princes Highway Officer between 5.30pm on Tuesday 30 April and 7.30am on Wednesday 1 May.
Power tools, with a value of $650, were stolen.
In a separate incident, a chainsaw and welder were stolen from a garage on Racecourse Road, Pakenham, between 5pm on Saturday 4 May and 11am on Sunday 5 May.
The tools were worth $630.
