Dog’s time hard to beat

LEKTRA Grande is likely to start favourite in Monday’s final of the Cranbourne Puppy Classic at the Cranbourne Greyhound Racing Club after drawing box four.
Lektra Grande recorded the fastest heat time of 30.17 seconds – narrowly shading the 30.19 of Yowyeh.
Yowyeh has drawn box seven in the final, with $15,000 to go to the connections of the winning greyhound.
The box draw, in order, is: King Mick, Eurico Bale, Price Increase, Lektra Grande, Explosive Drop, Fantasia, Yowyeh and Dyna Brownlow.
The reserves are Stagger and Barry Blowout.
