TOASTMASTERS have raised their glasses to the end of a successful year and the beginning of another.
The Berwick club welcomed new president Walter Steckis and farewelled out-going president Mark Smith who will become Area Governor of the club, as well as fulfil duties as a sponsorship co-ordinator at the 2012 Toastmasters Convention in Melbourne.
