POLICE are appealing for information about a suspicious fire in Cranbourne last week. At 3.55am on 31 July, firefighters were called to a fire in a shed on Evelyne Street.
Police said there was a strong smell of petrol near the house.
No-one was home at the time of the fire.
Anyone with information about this fire is urged to contact Leading Senior Constable Reuben McAllister on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
