Mrs Bell and Mr Allen are recipients of the Rotary Peace Scholarship, which includes a two year fully funded masters-level degree in international studies, peace studies and conflict resolution.
As part of their scholarship, the pair, along with 17 attendees from other countries, participated in a three month program in Thailand to study urban, national and international conflict.
