BERWICK had its first glimpse of the new Volkswagen Amarok ute when it was unveiled at the grand opening of the Berwick Volkswagen dealership.
Joined by his wife Diana, Berwick Volkswagen Dealer Principal David Nutter assisted Volkswagen Group Australia Managing Director Anke Koeckler in cutting the ribbon to officially open the new store at Princes Highway, Berwick.
The premises will also feature the first new Volkswagen line in decades, with a new model being unveiled at the dealership every month for 10 months. Guests enjoyed a novel introduction to the ‘Blue Motion’ line of cars. A bicycle powered photo booth was on display, allowing guests to pedal for 90 seconds and produce enough kinetic energy to take and develop four photographs.
The ‘Think Blue Pod’ display was designed to demonstrate how making environmentally friendly decisions can be fun.
