THE nominees for 2011 Casey Citizens of the Year Awards have been announced.
They are: Allan Dennis (member Cranbourne bowling, cricket and Lions Club), John Doutch (organiser of senior groups and organisations), Lesley Hale (co-founder and president of Sterling Calisthenics Inc), Brad Jameson (Endeavours Hills Secondary College student and athlete), Roger Lord (supporter of disability and education causes), Kim McGill (supporter of local sporting groups and Sweeney Recreation Reserve committees of management ), Romy Madeley (supporter of the Leukaemia Foundation and volunteer), Cathy Smith (works to develop the arts in Casey and volunteers with students with disabilities), Senahid Tokalic (a student at Endeavour Hills Secondary College, with exceptional soccer skills) and Denise van der Veer (who dedicates time to raising money for playgroups, kindergartens and schools).
