Woman’s Lotto cash win

A NARRE Warren woman will enjoy a very merry Christmas this year after winning $533,000 in Tattslotto last Saturday.
The woman, aged in her 50s who has asked to remain anonymous, celebrated the big win with a $100 bottle of French Champagne.
“I really like champagne, but I can’t afford the top shelf stuff, so when the win was confirmed I bought the best bottle of champagne I could find and tonight my partner and I will sit in the spa and drink it,” she said.
“ I think our real celebration will be a trip around Australia at our own pace.”
The woman said she had been playing Tattslotto for years and the only time she had won any small prizes was around Christmas.
“So I was not surprised when I had a win only a week before Christmas Day, but I did not think it would be this big. Always I thought I might win a few thousand dollars to keep me going, but never as much as this.”
The winning entry was submitted at Endeavour Lotto in Endeavour Hills.
