Thief nabs plasma TV

A FIVE-minute window of opportunity was all a thief needed to steal a $2600 television from a Narre Warren house last week.
Police said the Fountain Drive property was burgled between 8.40pm and 8.45pm on 19 May.
Neighbours reported seeing a man reverse a white 1994 Commodore sedan into the driveway. He then jemmied open a side window of the house and stole the 42-inch plasma television. The man is described as about 30, of solid build, 188m and wearing a white and grey tracksuit. Anyone with information is asked to contact Narre Warren Police on 9705 3111.
