THE Hallam Recreation Reserve committee will present Australia’s premier Elvis and Queen tribute bands on Saturday night as part of Hallam’s three-day multicultural community fair.
The fair opens at 4pm on Friday, 31 March, and will run from 10am to 10pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday at the Frawley Road Reserve.
The festival will feature lots of free entertainment during the three days, including several bands on the Friday night. Entry is free.
A market will run on Saturday and Sunday. Carnival rides, novelty stalls, food stalls and business stalls will operate for the three days.
The committee has secured the services of Mark Andrews (aka, Elvis leaves his Mark) and Queen Essential who will perform on Saturday night from 6pm to 10pm.
Queens’s hits will feature in the show, from Another One Bites the Dust to Under Pressure, with surprise medleys and songs from their most popular albums.
