Stand-up comes to school

HILLSMEADE Primary School is inviting parents and friends to come and enjoy a night of fun and laughter when the school hosts a stand-up comedy night next month.
The fundraising event will showcase some of Melbourne’s brightest new comedians and will give sneak previews of many Melbourne International Comedy Festival acts.
Michael Chamberlin, Wendy Little, Yianni, Fox K and Joanne Brookfield are just some of the comedians who will take to the stage.
Tickets are $15 and people who book a table of 10 will go into the draw for comedy festival tickets.
The evening will be held on Saturday 1 April at 7.30pm at the P-12 school in Ormond Road, Narre Warren South.
Tickets are available through Samm Strickland-Wong on 0425 870 965.
Money is to be delivered to Hillsmeade Primary School office by Monday 27 March.
Tickets will be distributed by Friday 31 March.
