MEMBERS are reminded that the AGM will be held on Thursday, 4 August at 10.30am. It would be appreciated if the ladies could please bring a plate.
Members were saddened to hear of the passing of life member Joyce Garland and Bob Marsland. Our thoughts are with both families at this difficult time.
Payment for the threeday Corowa trip is now due as there are people on the waiting list.

NARRE WARREN

THERE were 104 members on Wednesday, 20 July when we were entertained superbly by Gavin Liddell, who received a standing ovation for his performance.
Members are reminded that on Thursday, 11 August the coach to the casino departs at 9am.
We have 10 vacancies for the Roxburgh Park Hotel trip on Tuesday, 27 September. There are five vacancies for the Tivoli theatre restaurant on Tuesday, 29 November. See Geoff for details.
For the trip to Echuca on Sunday, 21 August to Tuesday, 23 August, the coach departs at 8.30am.
Ann Riswick won the door prize and Fred Brown, Sylvia Fielding and Louis Nair won the other prizes.

HAMPTON PARK

MEMBERS all enjoyed a great “Christmas in July” at the Mulgrave Country Club last week. The new date for the Werribee trip is Monday, 22 August.
Reserve seats only for the pokies day on September 21. Cost $13.
Also for the threeday pokies trip to Echuca from 35 October. Cost $65.
We send best wishes to Joan Bamford. Hope everything is going well.

HALLAM seniors

ON TUESDAY, 2 August we have a trip to Roxburgh Park Hotel for a luncheon. The bus leaves the club at 8.30am.
On Tuesday, 23 August members have a sausage sizzle at the club at noon and on Tuesday, 30 August the club also has a trip to the casino.
Raffle prizes were won by Peg Mathews, Glad Ridgeway, Jenny Theobald and Joan Thomson.
We wish all the sick members a speedy recovery.
