Robber hits mini-mart

NARRE Warren Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery on a mini-mart store last Saturday.
Police have been told a man entered the Anaconda Road store armed with what is believed to be a handgun about 7.20am.
The man threatened a store attendant with the gun and then grabbed the cash register and ran out.
He was last seen leaving the scene driving north on Jackson Street in a yellow, late ’80s model, Ford Laser.
Police would like to speak to a man described as being short with a slight build and aged in his 20s.
