POLICE are looking for a woman who stabbed a taxi driver in Doveton.
The taxi driver picked up the woman in Parkdale and drove her to Ti Tree Drive about 4.15am on Friday, 22 September.
The woman got out of the cab, telling the driver she would fetch the fare.
When she returned she stabbed the driver with an unknown implement.
The taxi driver was taken to Dandenong Hospital with minor injuries, including a single puncture wound to the chest.
Detective Sergeant Rod Arthur of Narre Warren Criminal Investigation Unit said there did not appear to have been a dispute over the fare.
The woman is described as being about 20, 170cm, and of medium build, with shoulder-length, light brown hair.
