NARRE Warren North MP Luke Donnellan has been made Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier.
Mr Donnellan said it was an honour to work closely with new Premier John Brumby.
“It certainty provides the people of the south east with a direct hearing to the Premier,” Mr Donnellan said.
He said he had previously worked with Mr Brumby and would continue to build on this relationship.
Meanwhile, Mr Donnellan has issued an apology to residents after not being able to man his mobile office last week.
He said he had been struck down by tonsillitis and was too unwell to attend to various visits around the Narre Warren North electorate.
