STRATHAIRD Primary School saw out the end of the football season in style on Friday, 16 September, holding a parade to raise money for the State Schools’ Relief Fund.
Teachers and students dressed in their favourite footy team colours and enjoyed a special footy lunch along with community members and parents.
Gold coin donations from participating students raised $230 to help families that cannot afford general school necessities.
“It was a great way to celebrate the end of a very successful term,” teacher Vicky May said.
