CARLTON stand-in captain Kade Simpson called into Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre this week to meet some appropriately named cartoon characters.
Simpson was there to hang out with Homer Simpson – the famous television star who was doing some promotional work for the forthcoming Simpsons Movie.
Westfield is hosting the Simpson Movie Roadshow and twice-daily excited children have been greeted by Homer’s Donut Spectacular Show.
The tour also gives fans the opportunity to have a photo taken with the animated family, view the movie trailer, sample some Simpsons popcorn and even meet some famous characters.
The show will run until this Sunday 15 July. Activities run daily from 10am to 4pm with the live show starting at 11am and 1pm.
