Burglary arrests

TWO Narre Warren South teenagers have been arrested and charged following a recent spate of burglaries in Casey.
Detective Senior Ser-geant Ian Wilcox of Narre Warren CIU said police had executed two search warrants at a Narre Warren South home last Friday, following a police investigation.
He said an 18-year-old and 19-year-old man had been arrested at the house.
Det Sen Sgt Wilcox said the men had since each been charged with 10 counts of burglary, 12 counts of theft, two counts of theft from motor car, one count theft of motor car and one count of making a false report to police. Det Sen Sgt Wilcox said the charges related to burglaries in the Narre Warren South and Berwick area that dated back six months.
The pair will appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 4 May.
