THE death of a five-year-old Berwick boy on Tuesday is being investigated by the Department of Human Services (DHS).
A DHS spokesman said talk of the boy’s death being caused by the influenza virus was premature. He said a post-mortem would be conducted to determine the exact cause of death. The boy’s family will also undergo health checks, he said.
