A QUEEN’S Birthday booze bus operation in Berwick nabbed two drivers over the legal alcohol limit.
From noon to 4pm on Monday 434 drivers were tested along Clyde Road, two men recording readings of .056 and .051 respectively.
Police also detected two unregistered cars.
Acting Senior Sergeant Nicholas Vallas of Narre Warren police said officers would continue to run booze bus operations throughout Casey in a bid to keep the city’s road toll down.
He said this was just one of many strategies police were using to keep pressure on motorists to obey the law and drive to conditions.
