POLICE charged a man with more than 30 counts of theft from a motor car after a string of break-ins around the Berwick area earlier this month.
The 18-year-old Mulgrave man was arrested after police conducted a search of his house last Friday and found a stolen mobile phone, drugs and cash.
He has been charged with 32 counts of criminal damage, 31 counts of theft from a motor vehicle, one count of possessing house breaking implements and one count of possessing cannabis.
He is expected to face Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 6 February.
