RESIDENTS of Berwick Brae Retirement Village dusted off their collectables for an antiques road show event last week.
Local antique experts Alison and Mick Rosoman-Berton visited the Princes Highway home and chatted about the various items that had been brought in.
There was a variety of collectables from personal jewellery handed down through generations to antique china given as wedding presents many decades ago.
Another highlight of the day was the use of a three-tiered cake stand, which was made by two residents and used as a centrepiece for an afternoon tea.
