LEADERSHIP development and personal growth are key themes of a new breakfast program involving Cardinia Shire Council and the community, starting in late July.
Participants are being sought from local industry and business, education and training and community organisations to take part in an eight-week Regional Leadership Series.
The program will be hosted at the Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham and aims to bring together people from a range of backgrounds to develop their strategic management, transformational leadership, organisational development and culture change skills.
The Regional Leadership Series, presented in the form of a working breakfast, is a joint initiative of council, GippsTAFE, Leadership Psychology Australia and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Places in the program are strictly limited and cost $1695 per person, all-inclusive.
