THE Cardinia Shire will apply for a Federal Government Stormwater Harvesting and Refuse grant that would see 50 per cent of Pakenham’s Lily Pond project paid for.
A management plan for Pakenham’s Lily Pond is being finalised, with councillors expected to endorse the plan by the end of the month.
