Puppy theft charges

POLICE have laid charges over the theft of puppies in Ringwood East on Tuesday night.
Two 17-year-olds, a male and a female from Pakenham have been charged with burglary and theft and going equipped to steal.
A 20-year-old Narre Warren woman has been released pending summons.
The male has been bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on December 4.
The female has been bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on January 29.
The puppies were reportedly sleeping off their ordeal on Wednesday and are safe and well back with their owner.
