PAKENHAM preschoolers were time warped to the prehistoric ages as part of a Museum Victoria program.
The children were thrilled when personnel from the museum brought along dinosaur fossils to Pakenham Kindergarten last week.
The preschoolers learned how tall tyrannosaurus rex was, how dinosaurs became extinct and who found their bones.
“The kids are really interested in it and have been doing it a lot in their play during kinder,” teacher Raegan O’Brien said.
After the information lesson, the children were keen to feel and get a closer look at the fossils.
