SMOKERS looking to kick their habit will have a helping hand when the Quit Fresh Start course rolls into Casey this month.
Occupational Therapist and Quit Educator Pamela Wouters will run the four-week course from Monday 31 August.
The course runs over a period of four weeks, with two sessions a week held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6–7.30pm.
The Quit Fresh Start course will be held at Brentwood Park Neighborhood House, 21a Bermysyde Drive, Berwick.
