MEMBERS of Pakenham’s RSL sub-branch are inviting residents to attend an Anzac Day dawn service at the town cenotaph this Saturday.
Groups, individuals and families are also being encouraged to lay wreaths to show their appreciation for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The service will begin at 5.30am for a 5.45am start at the cenotaph, on the corner of Henry and John Streets.
A traditional gunfire breakfast will follow at the Pakenham Hall.
Those who wish to lay a wreath can contact Thelma Rein on 5940 2560.
