An inside look at safety expo

RESIDENTS can get an inside look at the operation of emergency services at this Saturday’s Cardinia Road Safety Expo. The annual event will be held at PB Ronald Reserve, Pakenham, from 10am to 2pm.
Cardinia Shire mayor Bill Ronald said the free expo offered a variety of displays and entertainment.
“There will be displays by our emergency services including police, SES and CFA as well as performances by the Victoria Police band, free face painting, a jumping castle, sausage sizzle and safety demonstrations. This event increases in popularity each year and we expect this year’s expo to be bigger than ever,” he said.
The event is run by Cardinia Shire Council in partnership with Roadsafe, Victoria Police, SES, CFA and Pakenham churches.
