RESIDENTS who may find it hard to make ends meet during the festive period are encouraged to register for a 4Cs Christmas Hamper.
The food bank’s director Jeni Mathieson said all Cardinia residents experiencing financial stress were welcome to register for a basket of goodies.
“Anyone who will be in crisis at that time of year needs to come down and register. It doesn’t matter if they have been a client of us before or if they’re on a wage,” Ms Mathieson said.
The hamper included a roast chicken dinner, Christmas pudding and other foods such as soups, pastas and tins of spaghetti.
Hamper registrations must be made in person at 4Cs, 1 Main Street, Pakenham.
