PAKENHAM will be the place to be on Oaks Day with a great social day of racing action.
The spring carnival meeting on Thursday, 3 November is a new addition to the Pakenham Racing Club calendar and a fantastic fun day is in store with a host of activities planned.
Racing manager Michael Hodge said securing Oaks Day for the first time was a real coup for the club.
Adding a touch of glamour to preparations for the big event this week were Pakenham trio Leanne Barker, Marie HansenNooy and Karen Murphy.
