YOUNG and old squared off at YMCA Cardinia LiFE last Wednesday.
As part of National Families Week, locals had the chance to take part in a family boxing circuit at the centre. The family friendly activity was just one of many held at the centre last week, with family water workouts and fitness classes on offer. The week concluded with Family Friendly Friday where families swam together, took part in games and enjoyed a free sausage sizzle.
