Mobile drop off for charity

LOCALS can now locally recycle their used mobile phones and help support the non-profit organisation Kidney Health Australia.
Residents can visit the office of the Eastern Victoria Region MP Edward O’Donohue in James Street and drop their used phones into the collection box.
Mr O’Donohue said his office would provide the perfect central location for the community to help support a worthy charity.
“Kidney Health Australia does a lot of exceptional work promoting kidney and urinary tract health through research, consumer participation, and education and health services,” he said.
“Hopefully people will get behind this great charity and drop off their used phones.
“By doing this people will be helping raise money for Kidney Health Australia while also helping the environment by not sending old phones to land fill.”
For further details contact Edward O’Donohue’s office on 5941 1112.
