Wheels and music festival

A WHEELS and music festival will be held at Akoonah Park in Berwick on Saturday and Sunday 24 and 25 March.
Casey and Cardinia Lions Clubs have organised the weekend as a fundraiser for bushfire and drought relief.
The clubs have invited people with vintage and veteran, classic and custom restorations, rods, rice burners, Harleys, hybrids, HPVs and experimentals, trucks and tractors to enter into the spirit of the festival. Sunday morning is being organised by Casey and Cardinia churches and will take the form of two hours of entertainment followed by a short thanksgiving for the firefighting effort and prayers for those suffering from drought and bushfires. Sunday afternoon will be filled with music finishing with the energetic rock sound of The King City Seven.
Admission is $5 a head, $15 a family or a bale of hay.
