THIEVES escaped in a stolen car after ransacking a house in Five Mile Road, Pakenham South, on Sunday afternoon.
The raiders got in through a sliding door and stole cash and jewellery before taking a set of car keys from the house and driving off in a 1996 Holden Ute parked in the garage.
