Families get into LiFE

CARDINIA LiFE will be hosting a range of free and low-cost activities to get the entire family moving during National Families Week.
Activities will include family fitness classes, family-friendly Friday, family boxing circuit and aqua play classes for infants and preschoolers.
YMCA Cardinia LiFE manager Michelle Young said the organisation’s family focus extended beyond National Families week with programs such as Mums and Bubs, EdGym and a grandparents and grandkids circuit operating throughout the year.
Families who take part in the centre’s National Families Week activities can register to go in the draw to win a weekend away at Anglesea Recreation Camp later this year.
Activities for National Families Week take place from 13-19 May.
For information and bookings contact Cardinia LiFE on 5945 2888.
