How to keep right staff

SMALL business owners are invited to a special recruitment workshop next month.
The Cardinia Shire Council is hosting a seminar on employing people to help employers recruit and retain the right staff as well as providing practical tips on how to develop an employment strategy.
Advice will also be given on employer responsibilities.
The workshop will be held at the Cardinia Cultural Centre on Thursday 21 February.
Tickets are $30 and can be booked online at http://ems.business.vic.gov.au/ems or by contacting Philip Jackson at the Cardinia council office on 5945 0401.
