FAMILIES had a ball at the Pakenham Fun Day and Road Safety Expo on Saturday.
The 1200-strong crowd at the PB Ronald Reserve were treated to the Victoria Police show band, an air ambulance on display and several family fun activities.
The SES and CFA road crash rescue demonstrations were also a draw card.
Pakenham Senior constable Matt Pietzsch said it was an important educational event that highlighted road safety issues and showcased emergency service resources and equipment.
