Halcyon Evergreen, the community with natural charm

Following the success of Halcyon Berwick, Stockland’s first community for over 50s in Victoria, Halcyon Evergreen is set to launch in May this year.

Just 10km from Halcyon Berwick, Halcyon Evergreen is located within Stockland’s broader masterplanned community Evergreen, in the south-eastern growth corridor of Clyde.

Project Director Nicole Guirguis said it was exciting for Halcyon Communities to continue expanding in the Victorian market.

“As awareness of land lease communities has increased, more people are seeking the benefits of the lifestyle that an over 50s community offers.”

“A key differentiator in Victoria is the financial benefits our lifestyle communities offer. Unlike competitors, we offer no Deferred Management Fees, no exit fees and our homeowners keep 100% of the capital gains,” Nicole said.

“Halcyon Evergreen is the perfect community for those wanting to escape to the country without the maintenance of acreage living.”

“The new community is all about providing a sense of space, with large homes, large blocks and expansive facilities, surrounded by the country landscape to the west and south,” she said.

The community will feature 295 homes and state-of-the-art leisure and lifestyle facilities including a gold-class style cinema, games room, social kitchen/dining/bar, enclosed pool, spa and health and wellness precinct. Completing the facilities is a beautiful courtyard with an open fireplace made from bricks repurposed from the site’s original chimney.

Information sessions about Halcyon Evergreen are being held monthly. To find out more and to register for our next event, visit: Information Session – Wednesday, 19th of April at The Amazing Grace | Halcyon (stockland.com.au)
