Serving up scoops of joy

Pakenham is set to welcome a new gelato store promising to serve up scoops of joy to the community. Augustus Gelatery is gearing up for the opening of its new store in at Pakenham Homemake Centre this week, just in time for the warmer weather.

Augustus Gelatery brand manager Amie Surridge said customers could expect 36 delicious flavours and a happy vibe when they enter the store.

To celebrate the opening, the store will be running a colouring competition to keep kids entertained, and a special boozy tiramisu gelato for the adults.

Ms Surridge said the store would bring a sweet treat to lockdown.

“We like to give people a reason to smile and feel joyful”

she said. “We all just want something exciting to look forward to and gelato always brings that.”

Augustus Gelatery will open at Pakenham Home Maker Centre, 1A-1 825 Princes Highway, Pakenham on Friday, 15 October at noon.
