Take up the life-giving family challenge

YMCA Cardinia LiFE and the Cardinia Shire Council are joining forces to get residents moving on the Premier’s Active Families Challenge.
The challenge encourages families to participate in 30 minutes of exercise a day for 30 days, between 8 March and 19 April, to help increase their physical activity levels and get involved in sport and recreation activities. All registered participants will receive a free 15-visit family pass to attend YMCA centres across Victoria, including Cardinia LiFE. Together with the 15-minute family pass, all registered families will receive a 15 per cent discount at Rebel Sport stores, as well as have the chance to win prizes ranging from sports packs for their local schools and gym memberships to sport gift vouchers.
