Santa makes special visit to Officer

Santa Claus made a special stop through Officer over the weekend as the festive spirit builds with Christmas around the corner.

Thanks to the Officer Fire Brigade, Santa toured the town on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 December.

From Kaduna Park to Timbertop Estate, Santa spread Christmas joy and was only interrupted a few times by the Grinch.

This year’s Santa Run was also for a cause, with the brigade collecting donations of food and toys for Have Hope Inc.

Gazette photographer Gary Sissons attended the Santa Run at its Dragon Park stop to capture the event.
