Lakeside lives life

Locals flocked to the Live Life Expo 2025 on Sunday 3 August for a vibrant day of discovery, connection, and inspiration.

Now in its second year, the event – hosted by the Lakeside Residents Group – proved bigger and better, drawing crowds from across the region. Attendees explored a bustling showcase of local businesses, community groups, charities, council services, and lifestyle providers, all presenting opportunities to get involved, try something new, or embrace a more connected lifestyle.

Visitors engaged with a wide variety of stalls offering everything from creative activities and wellness services to volunteering pathways and local support networks.

The event generated a strong sense of community spirit, with people of all ages finding fresh ways to live life more fully – whether through a new interest, a local cause, or a service they hadn’t discovered before.

Proceeds from the day will go back into supporting community initiatives, making the expo a success for both attendees and the wider Lakeside area.
