Vandals wreak havoc

VANDALS are continuing to target houses under construction in Pakenham.
Five houses were damaged on Shearwater Drive sometime between 10.30pm on Saturday and 1am Sunday.
Police said at least one homeowner faced a repair bill of $25,000 after the latest attacks in Lakeside Pakenham last week.
Acting Senior Sergeant Philip Delaney from Pakenham Police said graffiti was also found inside the houses. Theft was also common at the houses.
Last month there was a spate of water meter thefts from houses under construction in Pakenham.
Anyone with information about the latest vandalism in Lakeside Pakenham can call Senior Constable Brett Hore at Pakenham Police on 5945 2500.
