Christmas Joy for all

Have A Little Hope brought the community together with a heartfelt charity toy run, spreading joy to families in need this Christmas season.

Hosted at their warehouse in Pakenham, the event included a lively BBQ and special appearances by Santa, Ralph, and an elf on December 15.

President of Have Little Hope President, Bobo Davis said the support was overwhelmingly positive.

“Wow what can I say, it was incredible. Very emotional and overwhelming. It’s all for the community that’s doing it tough. To bring hope and joy,” she said.

“We really had no expectations. We are happy with anything being a small charity, it’s tough but the support has truly been amazing. When I first started Have a little Hope 7 years ago I started with helping 7 families now with the support of my wonderful team of volunteers and the community last year at Christmas we helped 250 families with a Christmas Hamper and toys for the kids and little gift for mums and dads”

“The Aussie Car Bogan and all his wonderful support people made this toy drive just amazing. Their support showed the true meaning of Christmas. The Officer fire brigade and Officer SES also did a toy drive for us driving around Officer with Santa and the grinch collecting food and toys for us for Christmas. I love our community and I love helping those that find life a bit tough not only at Christmas time but all year.”

The event was also successful thanks to the support of Total Autos Pakenham, Pakenham Towing, Paceys Garage, Always There Automotive Geelong, 24 hour Towing And Roadside Assistance Geelong, Threadworx Custom Embroidery, Belkblast Protective Coatings, Seductive Detail’n, Pics by Nadeen and Killer Cars Melbourne.
