Endeavour Hills too good for Pakenham

Endeavour Hills has extended Pakenham’s winless streak with a 4-0 victory at Power Reserve on Saturday.

The Fire managed just one goal before halftime before Jonathan Theodore and Cedric Permal ran riot as the game opened up after the break.

Endeavour Hills has an excellent opportunity to continue its rise up the table with a match against bottom-placed Cleeland.

The Fire have six wins and three draws from its 13 games, and has three victories and a draw in its last five games.

It’s been a much grimmer time for Pakenham, with its last points coming via a 2-0 win in round 8 on May 18.

Despite having opportunities within games to take ascendancy and control but has fallen short when it has mattered.

Pakky currently sits 10th, with three wins and 10 losses in the 12-team competition.
