YMCA Cardinia LiFE will be holding a variety of extra activities from May 12 to 16 as part of National Families Week.
The family friendly activities include a fitness class (12 May at 4.30pm), boxing circuit (14 May at 4.30pm), Mums and Bubs showcase class (15 May at 10.45am) and family water workout (15 May at 4.30pm).
Activities cost between $5 and $10 and bookings can be made at the centre’s reception.
The week concludes with Family Friendly Friday on 16 May where families can swim together for $5 between 6pm and 8pm. Activities include pool inflatable, synchronised swimming, games and free sausage sizzle.
