Thieves grabs hospital cash

CALLOUS thieves stole more than $1000 from Berwick’s St John of God Hospital last week.
The money was stolen from the reception area of the Gibb Street complex between 4.30pm on 14 November and 3.30pm the next day. A cheque was also taken.
Police are also investigating a burglary at a cabinet making business located in the Hallam Industrial Estate.
The National Drive factory was broken into early on 19 November and had power and hand tools worth $2000 stolen.
