Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a theft from a motor vehicle in Pakenham and obtaining property by deception in Narre Warren on 27 October 2022.
It is believed an offender/s attended a Pakenham address and stole money and debit cards from a wallet located in a car before attending a Narre Warren business and using the stolen cards.
Investigators have released an image of a two males who may be able to assist with enquiries.
